CORRESPONDENCE TIPS

Make your correspondence positive!

Leave out negatives, such as past relationships or difficulties you have with people at work, etc & definitely don’t use terms such as “Mail order”. You should include discussion about family as this is a topic of great importance to Russian women. Also don’t ramble on about yourself, balance your letters. As you give information about yourself, enquire about her. Express your thoughts clearly & try to distinguish your merits. Carefully consider how you construct your letters. We understand that many of us are not writers, who write novels, but try to describe you correctly.

Be honest in your approach!

When you correspond with ladies from Ukraine, be honest with them. Don’t tell her things about yourself or your lifestyle that are not true. You might end up with egg on your face. Russian women are quick to point out inaccuracies in your correspondence. They will treasure your letters & read them many times over. If you lie then you will get caught. Honesty is the best policy.

Dress the part!

Whether you are meeting a lady in person or you are going to chat to her on a web cam, DRESS SMART! Russian women are the most cosmopolitan you will meet. Don’t wear daggy looking clothes. It will not entice her to fall for you if you look like you have just finished mowing the lawn. Show her that you have class. Presentation is important to Russians. You won’t see people wearing tracksuit pants & a footy jumper in Ukraine.

Correspond with more than 1 lady!

If you plan to travel to Ukraine to meet a lady then be prepared in case she isn’t the lady you desire. On the other hand, she may not be interested when she meets you in person. Correspond with between 5 & 10 ladies to increase the possibility that you may want to marry 1 of them. It’s a good idea & a sure method to ensure you have a romantic holiday. Don’t limit your chances by corresponding with 1 lady, unless you are sure she is “THE ONE”.

There are no magical secrets!

All ladies love decisive men, & if you are persistent, you have a good chance. If you are serious in your intentions you will succeed with persistence. It is essential to present pictures of good quality, & make sure the photos you upload on Dating sites are not too small. Try to include a good portrait photo & be sure that the photos you use show you to be positive.

Avoid the use of slang!

Although many of the Interpreters I know here understand slang, they say translation of slang can sometimes lose its context so it is best to avoid it... Try to write in easy & clear text without slang.


 The Do NOT's:
•Never mention dislikes. Never have anything negative in your letters. It’s a sure turn off. Always be positive & optimistic about life.
•Never write something you’re not able to expand upon or deliver. Most Russian ladies will keep your letters if they want to pursue getting to know you better. They will ask about something you wrote ten letters ago, so make sure you are honest.
•Avoid the use of slang words. Write simple clear sentences. Good interpretation is important.
•Don't talk about your business accomplishments. Most ladies do not care to know all the details. It’s enough for them to know you are able to support a family. What they want to understand is you and what your personality is like & what your views are about life, relationships, and family.
•Don't send a photograph of you & some friends drinking or at a beach with some woman hanging on you (use common sense).
•Never talk about "Russian" problems. No matter how much you think you know about Russia you will never know it or see it like a Russian does.

The Do's
•Be energetic & enthusiastic about life & about meeting that perfect someone to share your life with.
•Be kind & courteous at all times. Be a gentleman. Russian women love respect (as all women do).
•Always write (on your first letter at least) with great curiosity about her & her life & interest. Make the letter equally informative about you as you are requesting information about her. Keep things equal.
•Russian women want to know that you have an interest in the whole "package". They like talking about families.
•The last & most important thing is JUST BE YOURSELF. Write what you feel & try to avoid the Do Not's. Keep things real & in perspective. Women of all cultures want a man who is realistic. Russian women demand trust, so do not break trust with them early on. Be honest, be yourself, & most of all be a gentleman.
